This water was FREAKING COLD! It made my leg muscles cramp up when I walked across it. For some reason, it doesn't seem to faze the boys as much as it did me. They loved splashing around in it, but I did notice they never stayed in too long. Good thing, as they probably would have ended up with frostbite. It felt like sticking your hand in a bucket filled with ice water. Beautiful stream though and beautiful trail. I'm hoping that we'll be able to go back and do some camping here before the end of summer. August weekends are filling up fast, though, so I'm not sure if we'll be able to do it, but I'm going to my best.
